MINIS / YOUTH SECTION General Notes:- The Mini Youth Committee is a Sub-Committee representing the Mini/Youth members and acting for and on behalf of the Executive Committee of Stevenage Town RFC in carrying out all Mini/Youth activities. The Mini / Youth Committee is categorised into Key roles and General roles Key roles:- Junior Manager [Mini/Youth chair], Mini/Youth Treasurer, Mini/Youth Secretary, Safe Guarding Officer and Coaching Co-ordinator. All key role candidates will be approved by the Executive Committee with interviews arranged, if necessary, leading up to the AGM. General roles:- all other roles The terms of reference for general roles, merely give an indication of what would ideally be required; however, if some candidates have some concerns, this may be amended by mutual consent prior to the AGM. We wish to encourage as many people into carrying out various duties that they are comfortable with and that meets with their available free time. Indeed the scheduled roles are not intended to be exhaustive and should there be interest in carrying out any other role please do not hesitate to submit your ideas. Leading up to AGM during the off season we would recommend that candidates apply for more than one role should there be other interest in particular roles. Any incoming Junior Manager will be invited to present their vision for the forthcoming season or in the event of no suitable candidates coming forward the Executive Chairman will act as Junior Manager or appoint a representative. The Mini/Youth AGM report and accounts will be presented to the Executive Committee for approval at the next following Executive Committee by the Junior Manager or representative. Mini/Youth Committees to take place at least 4 times per annum [quarterly] with all roles represented at the meetings. Coaches meetings and other sub-committees will meet as required and report to the Junior Manager. Junior Manager to report to Executive Committee at least 4 times per annum [quarterly].
